Sunil Sethi

With nearly 40 years of corporate leadership, Mr. Sunil Sethi is an accomplished insolvency professional (IBBI Reg. No. IBBI/IPA003/ICAIN00426/2022-2023/14179), known for his strategic acumen and people-first approach. He served as President of the Oswal Group—one of India's leading textile conglomerates—and later brought his managerial expertise to real estate as Director of The First Group (TFG) in India.

Now dedicated to the resolution and revival of financially stressed companies, Mr. Sethi combines hands-on industry insight with insolvency law. He has served as IRP in cases like Cheema Spintex Pvt. Ltd., and as Authorised Representative for homebuyers in Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

A passionate mentor, he also teaches aspiring professionals, regularly conducting training sessions and workshops for the Limited Insolvency Examination.
